Terms and Conditions of use
By accessing the Rotorua Airport Business Hub, you and your permitted guests agree to these terms and conditions. If you and/or your guests and/or children do not agree to these terms, do not access.
Each eligible entrant is responsible for complying with and ensuring that their guests and/or any children comply with these terms.
Rotorua Airport may at any time vary these terms and the Business Hub access entitlements in any way. In particular, Rotorua Airport may: (i) close, change, remove or cease to operate a Business Hub or other facilities; (ii) open or access new Business Hub or other facilities; (iii) temporarily restrict access to any Business Hub for any reason; (iv) vary the hours of operation, layout, location or services provided in any Business Hub or other facility; (v) impose restrictions on the use or access to any Business Hub or facility, as may be reasonably required or convenient for the proper administration of any Business Hub or facility.
Eligible entrants are entitled to access the Rotorua Airport Business Hub at their port of departure, in accordance with the Rotorua Airport Business Hub eligibility criteria detailed on the Website from time to time. Eligibility criteria may be subject to change at Rotorua Airport’s discretion from time to time.
Rotorua Airport Business Hub is only accessible for the four (4) hour period directly prior to an Occupant’s scheduled departure time. Rotorua Airport staff have the discretion to allow an Occupant to stay longer where the Occupant is in transit.
Eligible Entrants and Occupants, upon request, must be able to present evidence to support their valid access and entry into a Business Hub such as an applicable boarding pass.
Rotorua Airport staff have the discretion to decline any request for entry into Rotorua Airport Business Hub, by any person at any time, if, in their reasonable opinion: (i) the person has not or will not comply with the Terms; (ii) the person’s behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate or offensive; (iii) the person is intoxicated; (iv) the Rotorua Airport Business Hub is full or nearing capacity; or (v) declined entry is necessary for the orderly operation of the Rotorua Airport Business Hub, other facilities or the safety and/or comfort of other people in the Business Hub (including staff).
An Occupant must immediately leave Rotorua Airport Business Hub if asked to do so by Rotorua Airport staff member. A staff member may ask an Occupant to leave Rotorua Airport Business Hub if they reasonably consider: (i) the person to be intoxicated; (ii) the person’s behaviour to be disruptive, inappropriate or offensive; (iii) the person fails to comply with the Terms or any reasonable staff requests or instructions; (iv) the person has stayed in the Rotorua Airport Business Hub for a period greater than four (4) hours; or (v) the removal is necessary for the orderly operation of the Rotorua Airport Business Hub or the safety or comfort of the other Occupants.
Access to any Rotorua Airport Business Hub is only available during the individual Rotorua Airport Business Hub’s operating hours. Rotorua Airport Business Hub operating hours may vary. Please refer to the Website for individual Business Hub operating hours.
Access to Rotorua Airport Business Hub facilities and services are subject to availability, capacity and hours of operation.
Occupants may not open or consume their own alcohol in any Rotorua Airport Business Hub nor may they take any food or beverage out of Rotorua Airport Business Hub when they leave (subject to the discretion of Rotorua Airport staff).
Rotorua Airport reserves the right to remove, amend or suspend the use of any of the Rotorua Airport Business Hub facilities and/or services as it requires.
Rotorua Airport provides access to internet facilities but does not supervise the use of, and does not guarantee the security, quality, availability or speed of this facility. Rotorua Airport shall not be liable for any third party content that causes offence or loss, nor shall Rotorua Airport be responsible for any personal security breaches suffered by any person accessing the Rotorua Airport Business Hub internet facilities or for any loss or damage suffered as a result of the unavailability of the Rotorua Airport Business Hub internet facility (including any interruptions during use).
Certain facilities and services available in Rotorua Airport Business Hub are supplied by third party suppliers. The provision of these goods and services may be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party supplier and any claims relating to these goods and services should be made to the third party supplier.
All Occupants must meet the minimum smart casual dress standard when accessing a Business Hub. Staff administering any Rotorua Airport Business Hub reserve the right at any time to decline entry if clothing or footwear is inappropriate or offensive. Gang slogans or bare feet are prohibited. Staff have discretion to administer these standards as they reasonably deem appropriate in the circumstances.
A person’s Business Hub access entitlements may be terminated or suspended by Rotorua Airport at any time, if that person or their Guests or Children breach these Terms or where Rotorua Airport reasonably considers that they might pose a security risk.
To the extent permitted by law, Rotorua Airport shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the possessions of any person accessing a Business Hub (whilst in the Business Hub), unless and to the extent such loss or damage is caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Rotorua Airport. Rotorua Airport’s total liability, shall not exceed the direct losses incurred in relation to any loss of or damage to such possessions.
These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, irrespective of the location of any Business Hub. The courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction in connection with any legal action that may arise in respect of accessing Rotorua Airport Business Hub.
